3rd possibility is Bangladesh takes her after all, since she's probably entitled to Bangladeshi citizenship. Or a 4th, she remains in Syria because neither will accept her & whoever has jurisdiction doesn't try hard to deport her. But if I had to bet, then 1 is more likely.

4 wouldn't violate law. We just wouldn't actively enable her to get to somewhere she could further her claim.

You said "she remains in Syria because neither will accept her". I took that to mean that the UK wouldn't allow her to return. If this is indeed what you meant, it'd fall under 2. If not, it'd fall under 1.
