I'm pro-choice, which is precisely why I felt it important to tweet this out. Whatever suffering is caused by forced births, it does not in any way justify physical assault against someone for expressing their opinion.

I’m pro-choice too but using violence against someone who isn’t is not an argument, it doesn’t help anyone, doesn’t resolve anything & it’s simply vile.

This is not self defense, as he is not a woman being attacked while walking into a clinic. Instead, it is an act of aggression against free speech, and unwarranted violence by someone who thought himself clever and protected by the majority.
