To simplify, let's instead use the original word, "failure". A heart fails when it has problems pumping blood. A liver fails when it has problems detoxifying the body. A prefrontal cortex fails when it has problems regulating social behaviour.
So I'll give you enough credit to assume that you agree with me that human behaviour is neurological in origin.

And I will add: I might give you some credit if you recognise that Twitter is a two-way street. You also could learn what you are attempting, to reduce morality to neurology, has often been attempted in the past by mediocre theorists and scientists. But it's not my problem.
