That's an overly determinist view, and also a category confusion. You're making a moral judgment of alleged neurology. I would disagree completely with you as to both the physical neurology, and the separate morality.

No. You said, "setting up a pedophile ring". That's quite a vastly more complicated thing than just being a pedophile; and moreover, demands far mor choice and thinking. You won't find any neurological correlate determining such complex behavior.

Child molestation rings tend to be made up of child molesters. I've provided links showing that child molesters have brain differences compared to non-offending paedophiles, who also differ from non-paedophiles. My point stands.
