Genuinely curious: how many peer-reviewed papers in ranked journals does it take before someone is qualified to criticize?

I think if peer reviewed journals acted as a permit to critique I wouldn’t have made me comment.

I have no problem with critique. I’m an academic. It’s a fundamental process that allows me to learn, grow & develop.

But if you invest no energy in genuinely engaging with the debate you wanna be a part of, I don’t feel the need to extend you the professional courtesy you denied me.

Sure, I can appreciate that. I absolutely hate Twitter, myself, for this exact reason. But how would you determine when someone has met that requirement?

The woke, I suspect, get off on men talking because it gives them an easy opportunity to continue in their ongoing performance to each other. Without the out-group they would get bored very quickly.

I still want to know what it takes to validate someone and their criticism. I strongly suspect it's "if you agree with us, you're qualified; if not, not."

It's why I no longer engage with these people. They regard any challenge to their half-baked assumptions as an act of oppression. Best to leave these children to play out their fantasies of dramatic victimhood.
