More biased than white officers, though? I mean, anything's possible, but to believe that brown people are more racist towards brown people than white people are takes quite a bit of mental gymnastics.

You have to note that law enforcement selects for a certain kind of person, people who apply to & graduate from police academy. Doesn't US law enforcement skew conservative? I'm not trying to rebut your point, I'm saying ind. officers aren't the only sources of possible bias.
