"Disciplinary collars" speaks to how isolated the ultra wealthy are from any sense of collective experience, isolation that increases passive acceptance of disaster brought about by savage humanity. I was saddened to read their response to empathetic groundwork.

At a small social event recently a retired MP was talking informally about this. NZ may be the bolt hole for at least some of the mega rich. Large areas of remote land bought. Stockpiling. Having preemptive surgery such as Intra ocular lenses. But it’s ultimately pointless.
