Yeah it would be. But for that a major change in laws may be required, for which a holy book is needed, which we do not have and Isis has.

Looks like reply to this will not come, anyhow my point was that the difference in democratic society and theocratic society is quite clear, when a democratic society wants to punish someone with death they allow logical/ethical arguments in trials appeals against the judgment.
