He wasn't jailed for reporting something that is true. He started arguments with the defendants outside court, filmed them, and broadcast tendentious opinions about the case, which presumed the guilt of the defendants, to over 250,000 Facebook followers.
I've read it and thought about it. And I'm always open to change my mind. Personally, if I was judge, Tommy wouldn't be in jail. But then, if I was judge, many things would be different. That doesn't mean that I'm gonna be outraged when the law as it is works as intended.

Outrage is not required, but worry IS. Worry at every aspect of this "trial". But even more worry, at the extreme LACK OF WORRY from all pretend freedom of speech advocates. All people need is "don't worry, we are handling it" to be placated. Its scary.

There are SO MANY red warning bells here, that NOBODY should accept it without wondering. The justifications given are orders of magnitude below what they should be to avoid worry.
