And a 4 hour trial and the sentence, and his arrest of "disturbing the peace" and the media ban... nothing smells biased to you? You truly believe that is the way it would be handled with anyone else? NOBODY should accept this arrest/conviction/sentencing with such certainty.

The quickness of his prosecution was most likely due to the fact that he was already on a suspended sentence for the exact same crime, and there was plain footage of him, recorded by himself, that showed him breaking the terms of his suspended sentence.

So, adding 10 month to sentence, and putting a media blackout, and being arrested for a different crime to that he was sentenced, and a 4 hour trial seems common to you? Stop your automatic replies, and think how this would look to if he were someone else.

He wasn't jailed for starting an argument - that was his arrest reason (and boy many reporters are in trouble if calling something out to defendants in enough to get one arrested). Do you not even notice how biased this is? Test it without taking sides.

Journalists would not be able to get away with what Tommy did. They might call out questions to a defendant after a verdict has been reached, but never as they're on their way to a hearing when there is a reporting restriction in place.
