He was arrested for 'breach of the peace.' Yet no one else, including his cameraman, and the others around the court who were hurling epithets at him were arrested. At a minimum, this is a classic case of abuse of official office by the judge and the police.
Sorry, yes, breach of the peace, while on suspended sentence for contempt of court. It seems likely that this will lead to a charge of contempt though, just as happened in similar circumstances last year.
