Later this week (Wednesday, 6.30-7.30) we'll be hearing from the founders of sustainable fashion brand, Pure One, https://bepureone.com/ who use fascinating materials in their products, as well as responsible manufacturing practice (ethical cactus leather? Yes please!)
We also have some of our brilliant graduates (working in sustainability and fashion design) and the awesome Dr Wendy Moody (@ARU_AHSS & @StoryLab_ARU) and sharing their insights and reflections on Thursday (6.30-7.30) and Friday (12-12.45)
To top it all off, ARU students and staff have pre-recorded a fashion show, featuring their sustainable outfit choices - from pre-loved, handmade, upcycled and ethically sourced items (Friday, 3pm) - It's going to be a wonderful (hopefully inspiring) thought provoking week!
