    I am excited to recognize a GSA building in my home state for . This year I would like to highlight our Thomas F. Eagleton U.S. Courthouse from my hometown of St. Louis. It houses 2 different district courts & the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit.

    to the May 1932 opening of the Robert A. Young Federal Building, sometimes referred to as the "RAY" building! Built in 1931, the building was originally a warehouse for the Terminal Railroad Association of St. Louis before the federal government acquired it in 1941.

    We’ve seen Category Management drive the results that we want. We’ve done this by building better market research tools, sharing data, performing pricing comparisons, and identifying small business opportunities.

    Category Management has truly allowed us to buy smarter. We’ve saved $40 billion, reduced duplicative contracts by 50,000, and potentially reduced administrative costs by hundreds of millions of dollars.
