#KXL explicitly violates Article 6, Clause 2 of the US Constitution. “All Treaties are the Supreme Law of the Land and judges in every state shall be bound thereby.” Why are you so eager to bring back a pipeline that violates the US Constitution? Does the constitution not matter?
