  Great question from @GReschenthaler: when will incarcerated people be..... able to actually take advantage of recidivism reduction programming? DOJ's lead says they're on-pace to meet the Act's deadlines. The Act's deadline for those programs to be running is TWO YEARS FROM NOW.
