This is a complete straw man (BS) bill. There is no need to pass a bill requiring physicians to care for infants born alive under any conditions. They are required to do that already. This bill was written to embarrass Democrats for not voting for something that does not happen.
Last night on the House floor, I asked for unanimous consent to bring up H.R. 962, the Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act. Democrats need to bring this up for a vote now to protect children and stop infanticide.https://youtu.be/xu7B8k9TC5w
