    The recently passed Natural Resources Management Act (S.47) has many good provisions. But it permanently links the Land and Water Conservation fund to revenues from Off-Shore leasing. Shows Congress is not serious about ending fossil fuel addiction.

    Update: Bulldozers have arrived at the LRGV National Wildlife Refuge, where I filmed this video last November. They are currently flattening a 150-foot-wide “enforcement zone” and a path for the wall. Take a look at what’s being destroyed, all for nothing.
