The impeachment of Donald J. Trump is not a legal proceeding but a political one - and we Dems are not trying to nullify 2016- we are simply trying to protect the fairness of future elections including 2020’s, due to the openly admitted wrongdoing of the Trump Administration.

Please advise the Senate to initiate a preemptive strike on the House by submitting and passing a binding resolution informing the House that any articles of impeachment reaching the Senate Floor will be squashed upon arrival.
Kev- how? Trump had the majority in both the house and the senate when he was elected. We didn't lose the house until 2018.
