I equate this show to Fox News. Conservative who don't want to think have only one news option, so they gravitate to Fox News. Normal Americans are divided among several news channels. Same goes for this boring show. They need something to nod at.

But, we've only seen one hour. Roseanne may like Trump but she is a card carrying liberal and therefore I don't trust her at all. Let's see if the script continues in the same vein. Actually it is just a remake of All In The Family with the cast of her old sitcom.
