Where’d all the money go? We used to pay extra in vehicle renewals & license plates to the state for our roads & we got some of the worst in the country.

That infrastructure plan is a bad joke. States will only get reimbursed for 20% of the money they spend. Prior to this, the Feds picked up 80%. Added to that, they won’t say where that $200B is coming from. Not much incentive there for the states. And you’re BRAGGING about it???
