I received a ballot in Wasington State from Nevada for the first time ever. I had not lived in Las Vegas since I was in HS graduating from Chaparral in 1981. I lived in NY, TX, CO, TX, CA, TX, then WA over the past 40 years. I have no clue how I received this NV ballot. Hmmm...
