Phil Knight wrote about this in his biography. He admits he pays what seems like low wages in certain countries but it's bc the government won't let him pay more. He can't give his workers more than what a Dr makes. We forget that not every country's economy is like ours.

Isn't that a good thing? If she can get $15.00 min wages passed her Father would have no choice but to pay Mexican workforce the $15. I doubt her father pays $1.30 an hour to illegal immigrants. Mexican workforce are smart enough to know they are not acceptable even for them.
