Welp, Elon makes ~$16MM/hour and not so terribly taxed (to extent any of it is, effective fed rate is less than mine and most likely yours), so my guess'd be, no, Elon ain't her target audience.
To extent she makes > $132-$198/hr ($396k ÷ 2-3,000 hrs), 
for her.
