  Exactly, The nuclear option was triggered b/c Mitch refused to seat any of Obama's Fed Judges. And the proof is: Obama 8yrs, 148 Fed. Judges. Trump 4yrs, 480 Fed. Judges Then Mitch has stolen 2 SCOTUS seats. Talk abt packing the Courts indeed.
