There has been very little difference between likely and registered voter polls this election cycle. In addition, the CNN polls (except Michigan) showed margins below that of other polls.
CNN polled registered, not likely voters. Their cell phone/landline breakdown was way off. If you look at registration rates in AZ and FL, for example, they included too few Republicans. Polls were wrong in 2016 and they are wrong now!
