Twitter cites Oregon, Utah, and Nebraska as mail-in models. None of these states mail ballots to inactive voters, which Pelosi supports. Dems are suing states to do this & it has caused chaos in Nevada. These states took years, not months, to switch to a mail-in ballot system.
