Quite frankly vouchers would lead to better outcomes than expanding charter schools, which are mostly just scams that abuse public $ that could go instead to the schools that actually need the funding.

Narrator: not correct, charter schools are another scam to turn education into a profit motive WHILE drying out public school funding for other public schools. If charter schools want to become a thing they should just become fully private funded then.
