"about 3 percent"? Ms. Romney, the GDP growth in Q1 of 2018 was 2.2 percent. That's from the BEA. Obama's economy surpassed 2.2 percent growth many, many times. Also, rounding? Like don't you know how to round? 2.2% growth is "about 2 percent growth."

For example, Ms. Romney, if a group of people had, on average, 2.2 wives as a community, you'd say that they had "about two wives each." You wouldn't say they had "about three wives" unless that average was 2.5 wives each or more. Just by way of an example.
