    This is a great training tool - I learnt a lot and it only took 20 minutes! I strongly recommend doing it, it doesn't take long and could potentially have a big impact on someones life

    Take part in and support mums-to-be in going alcohol free for the full term of pregnancy to reduce the risk of FASD – a lifelong disability that can occur as a result of drinking alcohol whilst pregnant. Together we can create more healthy pregnancies.
