I work in the theatre industry, 100 hour weeks aren't the great. Regardless if compensation is given I'd rather work a sensible amount of time and you know, have a bit of life outside of work

I'm not in the games industry, but even in my industry that crunch is pretty much expected. You did it once, so you can do it again, and again, and again. I don't like that mentality.
