While I really appreciate the doctor's attempt at rendering the admittedly abstract and esoteric medical parlance more accessible, I think his phrase needs to be revamped further to be completely understood by the regular Joe (አበበ).

What about " ምች" = stroke or infarction. ጥቃት corresponds more to suffer like suffering from a disease. በህመም መጠቃት። we could how ever say: የአንጎል ምች፡ የልብ ምች for brain infarction and heart attack or heart infarction.
