The appropriate inquiry for a business is not how much a disabled person ‘requires.’ It is what the law ‘requires.’ The law requires public accommodations to be accessible. That includes entrances and bathrooms.

When I was in my 1st year at uni in Preston in 1992, me & a friend (who's in wheelchair) went out to pizza place for dinner. She asked the server where the toilets were: "they're downstairs, is that OK?" My friend looked at her w/chair & said "it'll have to be, won't it?"

I was at PirateFest at PNC Park last week, and a woman with a wheelchair was told she could use the escalator. I...um...yeah, I got nothing
