So unhappy with new @GEAppliancesPR range. Hasn’t worked from the time we took delivery a month ago, and retailer has wiped their hands. Replacement part a dud and can’t get anyone to give me a GE contact. #geappliance

No, haven’t been given much help from retailer. Was told it had been sent to “higher ups at GE” but have no contact. Two service calls and some bad attitude is all we have had.
