More like a long legacy of negligence. My $10K+ GE refrigerator CAUGHT FIRE right in front of my eyes as I was sitting 15 ft away. Rather than trying to help, everyone I contacted @GE_Appliances passed the buck. Since learned that this was a known issue with their refrigerators.
