Bought brand new refrigerator in July. Making loud noise. Called GE. Asked questions and was told it was normal and if I insisted on service, I could be charged and warranty voided. What? $1900. Bad customer service.

Had a GE service man named Nathan Jones to our home on 11/18- tell our in-laws we needed a “motherboard” for our dishwasher & NEVER ordered it... found this out after waiting over 3 weeks!!! SCAM!
