Dear Clarence Thomas, A fetus is not a child. If you wish to discuss medical care you need to use grown ass medical words. Dr. Jen Gunter.

Dear Dr. Jen, To speak colloquially is not to speak incorrectly. A pregnant woman is "with child" and is "expecting a child" and the "child moves in her womb." On the other hand, to use bad language categorizes you neatly. Dr. Grazie Christie

It is when you are dealing with medicolegal issues. Correct medicolegal terminology should be used, not quaint outdated terms one might use when speaking with a patient or layperson. Dr J Lawrence 🙄

The word "fetus" has the effect of dehumanizing what is scientifically, and for some ethically, a human person in the earlier stage of development. Justice Thomas makes a moving claim for these young HUMANS, selected against for disability, female sex, and race, thru eugenic abx.

So who exactly is supposed to determine a pregnant mother’s intent or motivation behind seeking an abortion? Justice Thomas? Mitch McConnell? You?..... so much for conservatives not wanting too much govt running their lives.

Well, no, scientifically it is a fetus. Calling a single cell a human is based in back-dated religious dogma not useful reality.

Indeed. Does she call an embryo or blastocyst a child?

Take a good look at these babies. None of them will live more than a few hours or days, and nothing can save their lives. It is a mercy to both them and their mothers to abort them as soon as detected. Anyone who seeks a total abortion ban has no regard for such suffering.pic.twitter.com/6ouqhfXUWy

Kill them you say. Killing is wrong. Good doctors don’t kill no matter how disabled the patient is.

And there you are with your ‘slippery slope’ nonsense Your beliefs and feelings are not an appropriate response to other’s needs Not medically, not legally, & if you were honest about it, not from a genuinely humanitarian stance either
