Basically same as problem I have we have lost them been told earlier from my local store because they can’t keep them on site to wait for shop to re open and we can’t for some mad reason pay online and get on the day, so yeah I’ve got my pre order slip and nearly £300....

What about online pre orders that chose in store delivery? Can we still collect them on the day?

Check your local game twitter, but Eastleigh game said we will be charger 7 days before release and then we can collect on day between 8 am to 1 pm.

What did you receive? I got a single print out and a ticket number. I’m worried because I didn’t receive a receipt for the £400 odd payment. Did you?

Sorry a little confused I preordered on the website but chose to pick up on the release day. Do I need to come in and pay or not ? As I preordered it online

I have only preordered games in store, but received an email about prepurchasing my console (which I bought online for home delivery), I have sent a few dms with no reply, what should I do

It was an error, I rang my store and they confirmed it, was a blanket email that was sent out, instead of the people who have pre ordered in store, pre orders online for home delivery are not affected
