Instead of attempting to address the woeful maternal mortality issue in GA, or the unconscionable lack of access to OB/GYNs in rural counties, Gov. Kemp & Republicans tried to force on Georgians a Big Brother law that is anti-choice, anti-medicine, & anti-health. (2/6)

Gov. Kemp has already vowed to waste taxpayer dollars appealing the court's ruling instead of:
Expanding Medicaid to provide healthcare coverage to approximately 500,000 Georgians.
Mitigating approximately $1 billion budget cuts to our children's education.

Ironically, GA Republicans have stated that their support for
#HB481 shows that they care about life. But their lack of leadership during a global pandemic has led to surges in COVID-19 cases all over GA, with over 3,000 dead & over 120,000 infected to date with COVID-19. (4/6)Show this thread -
