I'm developing the new meta of splits.: Monday:Left arm, right leg tuesday:right peck,shoulders wensday: Right arm,left leg thursday: left peck, calves friday: back and the 3 left abs Sat: rest Sunday:3 right abs I also diet once per week to keep my bodymuscle levels in check
