Replay the last map and get a fair decision rather than bs pitchforking imo

@WunderwearLoL@jernskaft Idd, I just think it's a map issue which shouldn't cause a DQ. I don't like any option, but I like RM best.
@PHedemark @jernskaft Uhm they know pixelwalking is illegal though.. So they should also know they wont be able to use it = their fault.
