      A lot of folks are calling this but EV turnout was far higher in GOP areas. Seems likely the margin narrows, the question is by how much.

      Again, it's really unlikely this ends up an 18-point race. At least wait until the precincts start reporting election day results before unleashing hot takes.

      So the margin did narrow, but not by much. Republican turnout here was unprecedented. This should be a wakeup call to anyone who thought this'd be easy.

      It's a frankly bizarre reporting method right now and I'm not quite clear on what to make of it, but looking at which precincts are fully/mostly reported it seems like GOP and Dem areas both have outstanding votes and the E-day vote still went for Gates but by less than EV.
