Needle is still tilting toward Hagedorn. He's running ahead of what he needs to in and around Milwaukee. Neubauer's holding her own elsewhere in the state but she'll have to make up that ground somewhere.
To me the big question now is can Neubauer get a boost from traditionally Dem but rural Western Wisconsin? She needs it.
