Thinking aloud again: I'm a big proponent of the "don't make a rule you can't enforce" idea. We're already having difficulty enforcing the less ethically-forward licenses.

Q: Why draw the line at not doing evil? Why not write licenses that require active good? A: We should do everything in our power to bend our privilege and abilities to doing good. But the ethical crisis we face now means we have to focus on the bad being done.
