    Einstein on a pasta scheme that is wrong
    You start with guanciale. If you add pecorino you get gricia pasta. If you cook guanciale in tomato sauce and then add pecorino you gave amatriciana. If you have guanciale, then add eggs pepper and pecorino you have carbonara.

    My brain is a quarter “fair play, Tom Brady”, a quarter “I wonder how Patriots fans feel right now” and a full 50% “WHY ARE THEY ALL MASKLESSLY HUGGING? YOU ARE ALL AS PRECIOUS AS TOM BRADY.” Here in the UK we haven’t hugged people in almost a year. Sure, it sucks but needs doing
