do we need 40 new hospitals? how about properly funding the ones we have so they aren't closing parts of them down and paying the student nurses a bursary so they don't understandably desert the NHS.

Love the way the govt manages the construction of hospitals in phases, with checkpoints after the research & design stage, yet with Brexit, a project of vastly bigger impacts, they do not allow for a decision point at the end of that stage.
