Can confirm that, Gary. Christmas: 8 days of home made cookies and traditional food doubled the calorie intake easily. An it wasn't even ad libitum!
Went back to 100% carnivore ad libitum with loads of saturated fat. All the Christas weight melted off and I feel great again

This is wrong Trevor. You can overeat on food. Food is still energy, regardless of source. You can gain weight with too much protein, fat, or carbohydrate.

Strictly speaking yes. But it’s very difficult to gain weight if you’re feeling full from quality foods like meat and fish. That is my experience, and born out in the research, you just don’t want to eat so much.
