It provokes an insulin response and is not great for your gut bacteria. In terms of getting off sugar it maybe a short term strategy. Jmho

Thanks for the reminder. I’ve been treating glucose as “less dangerous”. Could you remind us what a good limit would be per sitting? I’ve been following < 10 g glucose, < 5 g fructose.
