    For anyone needing a little bit of hope today: Last fall this little bush was completely ripped out by accident. We thought it was gone with no hope of growing back. This spring it sprouted again and now it's in full bloom. Sometimes what you think is impossible isn't.

    Sen. Chambers introduced a bill (LB924) that would prohibit racial profiling and it requires a written policy by every law enforcement agency to attain such a goal, including two hours per year of anti-bias and implicit-bias training designated to minimize racial profiling.
