There's no one place that summarises all my starter homes, no. Sorry! Often they are restricted pack builds, though, so if you don't have the packs then the choices can be made for you. My newer starter homes are better, in most cases, I reckon (and hope!)

Well another way is to visit my catalog in the in-game gallery and just filter it by price, 10-20,000, or whatever the filter option is.
