      I totally understand! 😁 I have a friend on Facebook who constantly complains - on Facebook - she can't sleep. It's infuriating knowing she's letting a device distract her. Also, I was woken by my neighbour at 3am last night. Went on Twitter... 1 hour later got back to sleep. 😭
